There are 3 new legal documents on our website – www.diamondxx.info – all related to increasing Diamond XX’s road assessments. They are located in the DOCUMENTS section under LEGAL DOCUMENTS. There you’ll find:

Memorandum – Resolution Accepting Engineer’s Report and Declaring Intent to Conduct Assessment Ballot Proceedings for County Service Area No.4 (Diamond XX)
Resolution – Resolution Accepting Engineer’s Report and Declaring Intent to Conduct Assessment Ballot Proceedings for County Service Area No.4 (Diamond XX)

These documents are being submitted to the Board of Supervisors on May 20th. If they approve them, ballots will be mailed to all Diamond XX property owners to vote on increasing road assessments. A public hearing is anticipated to be held on July 8th.
